SUMMARY:Digital Storytelling Series
DESCRIPTION:Finding ways to help your story unfold!  \nWe all have stories\, and it’s important that they are told. When telling our stories\, we have different ways of going about it. Let’s work together so that each of us can discover new skills and find our own tools to tell our story.  \nYou will work together for 5 weeks\, alongside others\, to share and develop your very own digital story. Each week we will bring in activities to help participants tell their story the way they want to tell it.  \nThese activities will introduce creative ways to go about telling your story. These will include lots of digital tools that support audio and visual storytelling. When you finish the sessions\, you will achieve a Digital Storyteller Certificate that you can add to your resume to show your experience and be part of an online screening of your work.   \nThese sessions are facilitated by Story Finders Heath Birkholz and Maigan van der Giessen from Gateway Association.   \nSign up for the first cohort\, running on Wednesday’s 10 am-Noon; (January 18\, January 25 February 1\, February 8\, February 15\, 2023  \n  \nTo Signup or get more information on this program\, please email getdigital@gatewayassociation.ca
