This workshop intended to facilitate an open dialogue on utilizing the OCR system effectively. \n  \nThe training has been developed by FSCD to address four significant challenges facing system users. They are: \n  \n\nUnderstanding the Agreement\nAccessing OCR\nCreating a Successful claim; and\nRecord keeping and preparing for reviews\n\n  \nA Service Roadmap has also been developed to give users a high-level overview of the entire process\, with helpful links at each step to provide further details. \n  \nQuestions?
