DESCRIPTION:Wednesday\, November 17-Wednesday\, December 2  • 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm | Online\n\n\n\n\nOverview\nA 3-part workshop series that empowers families of 0 – 13 year-olds with disabilities with knowledge\, resources\, and more.\n\n\n*Workshop information is for Alberta Residents \n*Workshop is delivered in English \nVisioning and Planning Birth-13 year olds\nWednesdays \nNov 17 \nNov 25 \nDec 2 \nA 3-part workshop series that empowers families of children ages birth – 13 year-olds with disabilities with knowledge\, resources\, and more.This workshop is for parents/caregivers of birth-13 year-olds with disabilities with knowledge\, resources\, and a sense of direction for the future.We will touch on a variety of topics including values and belonging in the community\, visioning and planning\, various transitions during later elementary school\, IPPs\, navigating various systems (FSCD) age appropriate for families with “tween” age children as well as advocacy and having difficult conversations. \nQuestions? Please connect with us at info@GatewayAssociation.ca \nFriendly reminders: \n\nPlease add the dates to your calendar! Reminders will be sent for the first session only.\n\n\nPlease plan to join at the start time.
