SUMMARY:Transition Planning for Adulthood (Weekend Blitz)
DESCRIPTION:About this event\nA 2-day “blitz” exploring the critical transition to adulthood for families with 16-20 year olds and how to create a plan for the future. \nTransitioning to adulthood is one of the most important life transitions we experience. Youth ages 16-20 require support in navigating this critical time of life. This workshop offers parents the opportunity to acknowledge the fear of the unknown and move forward with the acknowledgement that together we will work to support the values of each individual and family as a community.
