DESCRIPTION:Where families and caregivers can connect with other families\, learn from one another\, and hear about topics that are important to them. \n\n\n\n\nWednesday\, October 14 \n6:30 – 8:30 pm \nIn-person \nAn evening of meditation and relaxation \nCome relax and learn meditation techniques in this calming group session. Facilitated by Allison Ferradas\, a certified meditation instructor through iRest Yoga Nidra since 2019\, this session offers an opportunity to pause\, unwind\, and reconnect with yourself. Allison’s soothing voice and calming presence create a peaceful environment as she guides participants through breathing exercises\, mindfulness practices\, and techniques to help reset the mind and reduce stress. \nPlease bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
