These information sessions give participants the opportunity to learn more about prospective industries\, recruitment requirements and qualifications\, and the next steps they may need to take to achieve their employment goals. \nJoin us for a virtual session with Brad Bartko\, founder of Accessible by Design\, on February 5th at 2pm MST. Brad is a disability specialist\, accessibility consultant\, and advocate who uses his lived experience with Cerebral Palsy to help businesses and organizations uncover barriers and create inclusive spaces. \nIn this session\, Brad will share his journey into the field of accessibility consultancy\, discuss the importance of inclusion in the workplace\, and outline the skills and steps needed to pursue a career in this impactful industry. Participants will also learn about Accessible by Design’s services\, including accessibility assessments\, structural design reviews\, staff training\, and advocacy work. By the end of the session\, you’ll gain valuable insights into how you can make a difference in accessibility and inclusion while building a rewarding career.
