Transition Planning for Adulthood – Series

This is a workshop series, with each workshop building on the previous week’s information. Registrants must attend all four workshops.

Workshop Series Dates:

Part 1 – Sept 26, 6pm to 9pm

Part 2 – October 3, 6pm to 9pm

Part 3 – October 10, 6pm to 9pm

Part 4 – October 17, 6pm to 9pm

Transitioning to adulthood is one of the most important life transitions we experience. Youth ages 14 – 25 require support in navigating this critical time of life.

Join us for this series of four workshops, designed to help you assist your youth who lives with disability in transitioning to a full adult life.
