Planning Supports Manager

I am passionate about supporting individuals and families to create a vision, connect to activities that are related to their interests, and learn more about resources that they can access in their community. I have experience in the disability services field in various roles at non-profit organizations or working directly with individuals and families. My FRC roles and projects include team lead for our partners MCHB and Africa Centre, supporting FRC with data collection and reporting, supporting families with planning and transitioning to adulthood, and facilitating the Transition to Adulthood Workshop Series and the Under 18 Families Forward.
