Hi, I’m Dylan Wijeyaratnam

Workplace Inclusion Strategist – Edmonton

I hold an honours degree in psychology from MacEwan University and am currently completing my master’s in counselling psychology. Since 2017, I’ve worked in the non-profit sector, driven by a passion for supporting people with disabilities and creating equal opportunities for everyone. My work focuses on connecting people with meaningful employment and helping employers build inclusive, diverse workplaces.

I believe each of us bring unique strengths to the table, and incredible things happen when we learn to truly see and value one another. I’m proud of the progress we’ve made in Edmonton toward a more inclusive community, but I know there’s still more work ahead.

Outside of work, you can usually find me spending time with my wife and two daughters, playing sports, or out for a run with my dog.
