Indigenous History: Indigenization — Where do we go from here?
Indigenization may not be a term you’re familiar with but it’s every bit an important step in the Truth and Reconciliation process. Not only is it critical to deconstruct colonialism, but to also encourage and support Indigenous employees to bring their true selves to work.
