HYBRID EVENT: Choose to attend in-person or online
A weekend blitz exploring the critical transition to adulthood for 14-20 year-olds and how to create a plan for the future.
Join our 3-part workshop series that engages families in building knowledge when navigating this critical time for 14-20 year olds.
This workshop series includes topics on: life transitions, valued roles in the community, visioning and planning, and navigating the systems.
Both days must be attended to receive a certificate.
