Understanding Disability in the Transitioning Years
About this event
This workshop is for caregivers and professionals who are supporting a young person who is transitioning to adulthood to think about their future in the community and access the right support.
Topics include: an overview of transitioning to adulthood, navigating the systems, visioning, planning, and connecting to agencies.
