Stepping Stones Edmonton Info Session (Hybrid)

February 25 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Stepping Stones Information Session (Hybrid: In-Person or Online)

Join us for a hybrid information session to learn more about Stepping Stones, a City of Edmonton–funded, community-based pilot program for adults aged 18–35 who are navigating systemic barriers in Edmonton.

You can attend virtually or in person at our Edmonton office.

🕐 1:00 PM – Doors open for in-person guests to connect with our team and each other
🕜 1:30 PM – Presentation begins (virtual and in-person)
🗣 Following the presentation – Stay for questions, conversation, and connection

This session will provide an overview of:
• Who the program is for
• What participants can expect
• How to get involved
• Time for Q&A and discussion

Stepping Stones takes a preventive, strengths-based approach — helping participants build stability, confidence, and meaningful connections before challenges become harder to manage.

Program participants will have opportunities to:

• Navigate complex systems such as housing, income supports, and healthcare
• Build practical life skills relevant to their current situations
• Develop their voice, story, and self-advocacy strategies
• Explore identity, strengths, and personal leadership
• Strengthen connections to supportive community networks
• Engage in workshops, coaching, and cultural storytelling practices

Stepping Stones is designed to feel safe, responsive, and empowering for adults with layered and intersectional lived experiences. We intentionally reduce entry barriers and welcome individuals who have been historically underserved or excluded from mainstream systems.

This information session is open to:
• Potential participants
• Community partners
• Support workers
• Anyone interested in learning more

Attend in person or online — we look forward to connecting with you.
