What is Cheers to Inclusion?
Cheers to Inclusion is a MentorAbility DEAM initiative that originated in Halifax as a way for businesses, employers, and service providers to casually gather, connect about inclusion practices in the workplace and show their support for DEAM. And because the craft brewing industry has notoriously been a very inclusive community, it made sense to start these events in an inclusive space within the industry!
Gateway Association is excited to host this years 2023 DEAM Cheers to Inclusion event in Edmonton at Asymmetrical Brewing!
Who is Cheers to Inclusion for?
Cheers to Inclusion is for employers at any point in their inclusion journey, service providers, self-advocates and community members who want want to connect about creating more accessible and inclusive workforces and communities for persons experiencing disability!
