This workshop, for Family Managed Services Administrators only, looks at using your vision plan to identify appropriate supports to help achieve your family member’s goals.
You will learn how the Individual Support Plan is used to help your staff create valued roles and enhance community connections.
This workshop will provide you with:
1. Your role and responsibilities as a Funds Administrator/Family Managed Serv ices Administrator
2. Interviewing and hiring staff
3. Conflict resolution and staff retention
