Hi, I’m Jacqueline Dymianiw

Family Resource Centre Coordinator

My employment journey is serpentine indeed, much like a river is with all the wideness, rapids, waterfalls, and calm flow. I’ve been a tradesperson, an academic, a world traveler, musician, administrative professional, project coordinator, charitable organization creator, and since having arrived here at Gateway Association in the Family Resource Centre, I feel like I’ve reached the ocean. My whole world has opened-up.

My professional approach is and has always been to lead with my values and it’s important to me to work alongside folks who do as well – we all thrive when we respect and support one another.

My core personal interests are: Music, Family, Friends. Combined or on their own, each is equally important to me.

Having held many roles, my favorite ones have always involved helping and supporting people. It seems a natural fit for me here at the FRC, made even more so since I arrived at it from the role of parent of and advocate for someone with a disability.
