Career and Inclusion Consultant

I have been working in human services for 20 years, starting in Child and Youth Care, which led me to the Employment sector. My first role in employment was working as a facilitator for a Youth Employment Program. Since then, I have continued my Employment Services career in various roles such as a facilitator, job coach, and now a Career and Inclusion Consultant. Helping others has always been one of my superpowers, and I love to see folks learn and grow. I approach my work with empathy and care and have always enjoyed working with youth. Sometimes, all it takes for someone to see their own full potential is to be shown compassion.

Career Consultant is only one of the many hats that I wear! I am also a mom, coffee lover, dog fanatic, and I have a deep appreciation and love for nature. Weekends are usually spent with the family enjoying the outdoors, taking kids to soccer/baseball, movies, swimming, play dates and, of course, naps!
