Ricardo has vast experience as a Career and Inclusion Consultant working in both provincial (AB Works) and non-profit sectors. He speaks fluent English, Spanish and French and has lived in 3 different countries.

Ricardo is a firm believer in social inclusion, and ensures that he assert his inclusion efforts into each day. Ricardo has gained his extensive experience and knowledge through supporting people with diverse backgrounds throughout his career as well as employers delving into their inclusion journeys
