Gateway

Mobile App

The Gateway to Digital Inclusion (GTDI) App is designed to help build a bridge between people and the online world. The mobile app is an online resource, a place for self-advocates, job seekers, employers, caregivers, and families. We offer support and resources, the ability to connect and engage with one another, all the while practicing digital literacy skills.

MOBILE APP

Gateway To Digital Inclusion

In celebration of our newly launched Gateway To Digital Inclusion (GTDI) app, our mobile app is designed to help build your digital literacy skills such as finding, understanding, creating and communicating information through digital platforms. The app offers the ability to use technology to create and share text, pictures, videos and designs online in a responsible way. Gateway to Digital Inclusion helps you gain basic skills and literacy so that you can engage in the online community and keep up with the digitized world. Watch the “Why Does Digital Literacy Matter” video below to learn more about our new app!

HOW WE HELP

Learning Opportunities

A digital literacy journey is a series of adventures and opportunities. It is not a particular set of skills to be mastered. You get to decide what you want your next step to be! Take the first step to become part of an inclusive, safe, online community today. Download the app for free!

1.

Build employable digital skills like video meetings, sending professional emails and searching online.

2.

Have a digital presence where you are able to express yourself and find your place in the online world.

3.

Build networks with people and groups that have the same interests as you do, like joining online communities such as Facebook or Discord.

4.

Help you learn and create digital content such as ePortfolios, posters, websites, videos and more!
